Hotel was ok food average price was good so I guess we got what we paid for

Very friendly staff but the maintenance work was needed. BTW, they were very helpful with the booking.com chat and helped us with the transfer.

The worst experience I had while booking Arsi Hotel thru Booking .com. I booked a large room with balcony and sea view and I’ve been given a very small room with mattress not even bed, no balcony, view of a damaged building 5m away from my window but charged for large room with balcony and sea view. I did not like the hotel, the food nor the impolite and arrogant staff.
